Order Acceptance

3. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
All original tags are still attached
The item is in its original packaging
The item is not marked as Final Sale

Final Sale Items

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

Underwear, bralettes, and intimate-fit items
Sports bras (unless tags are still attached and hygiene seal is intact)
Sale and discounted items
Items damaged by wear, washing, or improper care

How to Return

To start a return, email ellaverraboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery. We'll respond with return instructions and a return authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size where stock allows. Email ellaverraboutique@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ellaverraboutique@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
