Shipping policy
We know you're ready to move — so are we. Every order is packed and shipped from our studio within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Estimated Delivery Times
- US Standard: 3–5 business days after processing
- US Expedited: 1–2 business days after processing
- International: 7–14 business days after processing
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Free standard shipping on US orders over $100.
A few things to know
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged on delivery. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Active EllaVerra is not responsible for lost or stolen items — please contact your carrier first if anything goes missing.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at ellaverraboutique@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
Address accuracy is the customer's responsibility — double-check at checkout. If you spot an error, reach out within 24 hours and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
